The following sets of guidelines / resources / help sheets have been written and approved by the CYPACP Collaborative Steering Group.  If, however, you find something that you wish to challenge, please do not hesitate to contact admin@appm.org.uk with your concern. Likewise, if you think there is a particular topic (within the context of Advance Care Planning) which you would like to see further guidance, please contact us.     Note, this guidance covers England and Wales. We aim to bring together many resources available on these topics and give some examples to help understanding of the MCA and DOLS in practice.     Designed for professionals. To guide conversations with families to ensure they are informed of these legal processes, reducing stressess and uncertainty at the time.
